Westmoreland Casemanagement and Supports, Inc.
770 East Pittsburgh Street
Greensburg, PA 15601

The Statewide Consumer Network Grant provided by SAMHSA allows us to offer this MHAD Refresher Course free of charge.

Pennsylvania residents with SMIs have the legal option to create a Mental Health Advance Directive, as created by Act 194 and implemented in 2005. The MHAD provides individuals with the opportunity to make mental health treatment decisions in advance of potential incapacitation, or inability to make such decisions.

We have three primary goals:

Pennsylvania Mental Health Consumers’ Association (PMHCA) has received a three-year Consumer Network Grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). We will work with Mental Health Association in PA (MHAPA) to collaborate with NAMI Keystone PA and Disability Rights Pennsylvania (DRP) on enhancement of our current Mental Health Advance Directive (MHAD) training and to offer new training opportunities.
